The Author have reserved all rights in the Work, which was first expressed in material form on 2D and 3D objects. Any work identical/substantially similar to VA1-745-151 copyrighted Work, is subject to the Exclusive right of the Author. Permission was neither asked nor granted to reproduce VA1-745-151 Derivative work and any Ken Price Objects, manufactuer by him or by any of his employees, coated/ covered/ painted and sanded and regardless of any methods and processes with VA1-745-151 painting pattern, therefore constitutes infringement of the Author rights. The Author claim Ken Price make derivative works which are identical/ substantial similar to the Author copyrighted painting expression/ pattern.VA1-745-151 painting expression/ pattern, was new to the art history at date of creation and meet absolute originality. The concepts and ideas supporting the study of VA1-745-151, relate to sacred orders and make assumptions in certain fields of sceince that the Author reserve the right to keep unpolblished.The Author, established parts frrom the study ideas/ concepts in writing, 1997, subject titled ; "Project No.12, the 13th Star" and which is subject to a separate copyrights protection.The Author, a 14 years student of Advaita Vedana, None Dual philosophy, although is always up the a phylosophical chalenge, does not entertain any notions or confusion between concept and pattern as both are fairly defined in the Author work. Pri-Ya, the Author of the copyrighted painting expression VA1-745-151, is a multi skilled artist and inventor. Pri-Ya practice over 12 different forms of arts among which; acting, directing, script writing and seed poetry, sculpturing, cyber arts, 3D, paintings, art directing and set design, jewellery design, Architecture, music production and sound engineering....For the last 14 years, Pri-Ya studied philosophy in India , under the direct instruction and guidance of the enlighten Master H.W.L Poonja (Papaji). Sri Papaji, who was also the personal assistant of Mahatma Gandhi for 3 years, is from the linage of Sri Ramana Maharishi, the most important enlighten being of India in the 20th century.Pri-Ya master Ganana Yoga, the None Dual Knowledge also known as the direct path towards self-realization.Other then the creation of VA1-745-151 that presents a painting expression/pattern, new to the art history, Pri-Ya invented other expressions and patents in the field of art and healing, resulting her ongoing research: Project no.12 the 13th star. FACT; NO SIMILAR PAINTING PATTERN CAN BE FOUND IN THE ART HISTORY PRIOR ITS CREATION BY THE AUTHOR, PRI-YA N. CHEN..VA1-745-151 is unique expression being one of a kind date of creation. 1995, Pri-Ya created a sculpture of her own body coated with Spiritualism pattern, demonstrating this philosophy in an artistic manner. Robert Edelman, a NY based art critic, curator and artist been asked if he can point to a similar expression to the one copyrighted in VA1-745-151 in the art history. Mr.Edelman, said :NO. Edelman presented paintings by Larry Poons, Lee Krasher, Joan Mitchel, Jean Dubuffet and Seuret suggesting a gradual development in the painting language that may have led to the creation of Spiritualism. However and although all the Masters presented by Edelman, share in common a detailed abstract surface ,but for seurat who was building the paintings up from tiny dots or points of individual colours, their painting pattern is not similar to VA1-745-151 painting expression, as one can see below.When asked if the painting expression Ken Price uses to coat his painting expression looks similar to the Author, Priya N. Chen painting expression, edelman said : YES.
